MAKES 2 SERVINGS

  • 1 head celery
  • 3 cucumbers (peel the cucumber if you choose, but most of the nutritional value is just beneath the surface of the skin)
  • ½ cup broccoli, cut off as much of the stem as possible
  • ½ cup parsley, rinsed
  • ½ head kale
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 teaspoon Xylitol

 

  1. Blend celery, cucumber, broccoli, parsley, and kale in juicer.
  2. Pour juice into blender. Add spinach, mint, and avocado.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add xylitol last. Blend for no more than 10 seconds.
  5. Pour and serve.
