GREEN DREAM BREAKFAST
MAKES 2 SERVINGS
- 1 head celery
- 3 cucumbers (peel the cucumber if you choose, but most of the nutritional value is just beneath the surface of the skin)
- ½ cup broccoli, cut off as much of the stem as possible
- ½ cup parsley, rinsed
- ½ head kale
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 avocado
- 1/3 teaspoon Xylitol
- Blend celery, cucumber, broccoli, parsley, and kale in juicer.
- Pour juice into blender. Add spinach, mint, and avocado.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add xylitol last. Blend for no more than 10 seconds.
- Pour and serve.
