Our staff and physicians will work with each client to educate them about exercise choices, the smartest foods to eat, the best ways to cook and the healthiest supplements to take. Throughout the medical weight loss program you will attend scheduled appointments with our staff to assure that you’re on your way to meeting your personal weight loss goal. After that our Rx Coach will make sure each client understands how to maintain their new weight.

2. Prescribed Medication (if indicated) – Proven Safe & Effective To Control Your Appetite

B12 Injection – Chromic Chloride Injection – Appetite Suppressants Phentermine – Phendimetrazine

Medication that suppresses your appetite will help you stick to a low-calorie diet. If you are hungry, your willpower gets depleted and you are more susceptible to temptation. We do not recommend long term appetite suppressant use. As you start losing weight and start getting healthier, that motivation will support your willpower and hopefully lessen the need for medication. Our goal is for you to continue to lose weight and use less medication. Medications may include Lipo injection, Chromic Chloride, B12/MIC injections and appetite suppressants (Phentermine or Phendimetrazine). The physicians in our medical weight loss clinic can prescribe many medications to help you achieve your weight loss goals.



3. Diet – Eat Smart, Weight Loss is 80% Diet & 20% Exercise

We all know that a starvation diet is only temporary and, more importantly, unhealthy.

The Office Visits

Your initial Weight Loss Program visit

  • Our physician will review your medical history, conduct an EKG, perform a physical exam and order lab work (if indicated).
  • Prescribe and dispense your first week of weight loss medications (if applicable) and a 30-day supply of weight loss supplements and vitamins.
  • Administer weekly metabolism boosting B12 and chromium

Follow-Up Weight Loss Program Visits

  • Check-up to measure your weight, vital signs and body fat
  • Nutritional and Dietary Review
  • Administer weekly metabolism boosting B12 and chromium
  • Weekly prescription medication review
  • Blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) re-checked and reviewed
  • Review of personal food journal
