Microneedling was first recognized as a modality for addressing acne scarring using various needling devices and techniques to stimulate a wound healing response. HOW does Procell Microchanneling and Stem Cell Therapy work?
Many professional skin rejuvenation treatments - including IPL, chemical peels, dermabrasion and lasers - rely on the creation of inflammation to trigger a wound healing response in the tissue. While this is effective for creating dramatic results, these more aggressive procedures are also associated with a lot of potential skin damage and downtime.

Providing a solution to these challenges, Procell Microchanneling eliminates the need to create inflammation and instead focuses on stimulation of the skin while avoiding any negative impact to the tissue. Recent studies have shown Procell's microchanneling stimulation method to be very effective for not only accelerated collagen production but collagen synthesis and remodeling. It has even been used to stimulate hair growth in the scalp region.

Simply put, Procell Microchanneling and Stem Cell Therapy works by using precision micro-needles, which are stamped into the skin to create thousands of uniform microscopic punctures or micro-channels. This activates the skin’s sophisticated biological immune function and induces a healing cascade of responses within the skin - including the production of the body’s purest collagen - at a more youthful rate.

Additionally, Procell’s microchanneling modality is able to infuse potent skin care products with targeted stem cells and active ingredients. Special stem cells, also known as human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs), are something the body produces naturally and are known to promote scarless healing with minimal inflammation. Stem cells have a very important role, producing proteins, peptides and other critical components for fighting damage to the skin.
